Please note that all orders are currently placed through WhatsApp. Below is an overview of our shipping policies, including details about our Los Angeles location:
Shipping Fees
- The shipping fee provided during the order process is an estimated quote.
- If additional shipping charges are required, customers will be notified and are responsible for paying the difference before shipment.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of confirmation via WhatsApp.
- Same-day processing is available upon request, but only with prior confirmation.
- During high order volumes or Credit Card Verification, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.
Shipping Carriers
- We exclusively use UPS (United Parcel Service) for both domestic and international shipments.
- USPS is no longer supported.
Shipping Notifications
- A shipment notification, including tracking information, will be sent via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of dispatch.
Shipping Address Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during order placement via WhatsApp.
- We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Los Angeles Location
- Our Los Angeles location serves as our primary hub for processing and shipping orders.
- Local pickups from the Los Angeles location can be arranged upon request through WhatsApp.
- Please confirm pickup details or schedule shipping arrangements when placing your order.
International Orders
For customers outside the U.S. (e.g., UK, Australia, Canada, etc.):
- Place your order via WhatsApp.
- After your order is confirmed, we will send a shipping quote.
- Customers can choose to:
- Pay for shipping using our service.
- Use their own shipping company to pick up the order from our Los Angeles location.
- We will provide shipping details, including weight and dimensions, if you opt for your own shipping service.
- Customs, taxes, and duties for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Package Policy
- If a package is lost or stolen, we will file a claim with UPS on your behalf.
- Refunds are processed only after the carrier completes the investigation and confirms the outcome.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Orders confirmed before 1:00 PM PST are typically shipped the same business day. Orders confirmed after this time will ship the next business day.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Delivery times depend on your location and do not account for warehouse processing time.
Customer Responsibility for Returns
- If a package is returned to us for any reason, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
